Begins the splendid four-hour dining journey on the beach at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin & THE BARAI with “Seared Atlantic Scallops with Cauliflower cream”, an appetizer, prepared by Chef Ryan Dunn.


Follow by the second starter “spinach cannelloni stuffed with braised cinnamon lamb loin” at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort by Chef Riccardo Ioanna.


Stroll to Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa for main course “fillet of sea bass with crispy bacon and truffle potato mousseline” by Chef Mario Hofmann.


Continue to the second main dish with “Thyme and pistachio filled chicken Ballotine wrapped” at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin by Chef Steffen Hoffer.


End the journey with a delightful dessert “Hua Hin Pineapple Parfait with tapioca seeds and dark chocolate” prepared by Chef Philipp Maus at Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa.
